All in all, great value. Delightful view of canal. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. The service at this antique hotel was first-class. Very elegant venue centrally located in the city. Quiet atmosphere, outstanding restaurant.

We loved the hotel and nice decor, it was a restful experience. Bedroom was comfortable and staff was responsive! The service was excellent and the food was fresh. A sandy beach, perfect view. The casual restaurant was average with plenty of meals in the menu.

The staff and rooms were fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed this quiet hotel. Furthermore, we could use free Wi-Fi. Nothing to complain about, we will certainly stay here again if in Trabzon...
